Hotel Relations Specialist

If hotels are your happy place, you will feel right at home in this position. We are looking for a Hotel Relations Specialist to build and maintain our hotel partnerships around the world.

You will play an important role in keeping our relationships strong, while helping develop Conference Hotel Group’s platform and improving processes, both internally and with our hotel partners.

Think of yourself as our hotel curator, someone who knows the network well, has an eye for a unique hotel and continuously looks for ways to refine how we work.

What You Will Do

Hotel Partner Support

• Be the main point of contact for our hotel partners

• Manage daily communication, questions and follow-ups

• Be responsible for the onboarding of new hotel partners

• Build strong and lasting partnerships

Platform & Content Management

• Keep hotel profiles accurate, complete and up to date

• Support hotels in getting the best out of our proprietary platform and its features

• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the partner experience

AI & Automation

• Explore and implement smart ways to use AI and automation to make our daily work faster and more efficient

• Automate repetitive tasks and streamline Hotel Relations processes

Research & Administration

• Research hotels, destinations and market developments

• Keep hotel and stakeholder information up to date in our database

• Support the Hotel Relations Manager with administrative and operational tasks

Networking

• Organise and lead meetings with visiting hotel partners

• Represent Conference Hotel Group at relevant networking events

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Proactive, reliable and able to take initiative

• Comfortable working with systems and administrative processes

• Team player with a positive and service-oriented attitude

• Passionate about the hospitality and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Events) industry

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism or a related field

• At least 3 years of experience in hotel sales, account management, partnerships or MICE

• Good administrative and organizational skills

• Experience with CRM systems is an advantage

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Eligible to work in the EU
